Let's start with the easy stuff. Larry Schleiffers has dedicated most of his work life to only three companies. Todd Shipyards, PACO-Grundfos Pumps, and Hurley Engineering. Larry started at Todd Shipyards as a young pup and worked there until an opportunity presented itself with PACO-Grundfos Pumps in Tukwilla, where he worked for what seemed like a bazillion years.

As luck would have it, Hurley Engineering became a PACO-Grundfos Distributor in 2003, and when the lines combined, Larry joined the Hurley Team in May of 2009. Larry is that calming voice at the end of the phone when a customer calls in a panic.  Whether it's wit or just in good humor, the customer; who is often a friend, is greeted with "Well, Hello. How may I  serve your  pumping needs?"

Larry is much more than a "PACO Pump Guy!" He loves the occasional cigar...shhhh don't tell Eli.  He loves to golf with his buddies at Alta Lake, and he is a remarkable actor/singer.  But he is first and foremost a husband and a father, whose true joy is spending time with the Love of His Life, Eli, and his family.

Larry is a true joy to have as part of the team at Hurley Engineering and we are grateful for his truly amazing gifts that he shares with us all, each day.
